Im guessing it is "Would it help if i said please" since the skull is un-named and the first word of the phrase that activates the skull is a W so thats my guess.

Halo 2 for Windows Vista has the acronym "DTARAGS" in the usual spot; on both the back of the cardboard sleeve and the back of the new clamshell PC game box.

I'm guessing that the first few letters stand for: "DirectX Ten..." or maybe even "DirectX Ten Ain't..."
